Immediately afterwards, in November, the enterprise will also face the TS third - party audit, which undoubtedly brings greater pressure and challenges to the enterprise. These two audits are like two heavy mountains, weighing heavily on the minds of every employee, and everyone is going all out to pass the audits smoothly.

  

Problems with process document updates

  For the foundry industry we are in, the accuracy and timeliness of process documents are key factors in ensuring product quality. During the planning stage of the system documents, we have already established numerous process documents, which are like the "maps" for the enterprise's production, providing clear guidance for each process. However, the processes in the foundry industry are numerous and complex, and each process has its own unique process requirements and parameter settings. With the continuous development of production technology and the changing market demand, process documents also need to be continuously updated and improved.

  

The Dilemma of the Quality Department

  As the quality department, we are well aware of the importance of process documents for product quality. During the process audit, we adhere to a rigorous attitude and carefully inspect and evaluate the process documents of each process. Once non - conformities are found, we will promptly issue non - conformity reports and require relevant departments to make corrections. However, our efforts have not achieved the desired results. Although we have successively issued many non - conformity reports, some departments have not attached sufficient importance to these reports, and the corrective measures have not been effectively implemented.

  There are multiple reasons for this. On the one hand, as a girl who graduated not long ago, I don't hold a high position or have much power in the enterprise, so my words carry relatively less weight. On the other hand, even if we report the problems to the general manager, they haven't been resolved in a timely and effective manner due to various reasons. This makes me feel extremely helpless and exhausted. Sometimes, I even doubt the value of my work.
