Workplace experiences including company network troubles, twists and turns during resignation, and important visits, along with self-reflection on personal growth

Obstacles in work records and the decision to leave the job

In recent days, the company's network has been experiencing frequent problems, which has really brought a lot of inconvenience to work. Even the daily work record, which should have been completed smoothly, has been put on hold because of this. The network signal seems to be playing hide-and-seek with me. It is sometimes weak and sometimes disappears, making it impossible for me to sort out the work situation of these days smoothly. It's like a soldier going to the battlefield without a weapon, with no way to use his strength.

And yesterday, I made an important decision - to submit a resignation application to the company. From that moment on, my days at this factory started to count down. I thought that leaving while I was still somewhat useful might leave some wonderful memories for both the company and myself. I hoped to bid farewell to HY quietly and peacefully, just like what Xu Zhimo wrote in his poem, "I leave quietly, just as I came quietly, without causing the slightest ripple," and smoothly complete this transition. After all, a good beginning and a good ending is the best outcome.

Communicate with the boss about leaving the job

I submitted my resignation application to the boss through the HR manager. I knew very well that the boss had always been nice to me. I simply couldn't bring myself to tell him about my resignation in person, nor did I want to haggle with him over this matter. Unexpectedly, after learning about it, the boss blamed me for not discussing such an important matter with him in person. Judging from his tone and expression, I could tell that he meant what he said. He is young and a second - generation rich, but different from those pleasure - seeking second - generation rich, he is honest and unpretentious, and has dedicated a great deal of effort to China's real economy.

When communicating with him, he kept talking about his ideas on factory reform after completing the GB training and visiting the US factories. He hopes that I can help him handle the quality management work of three factories, including aspects such as QS, QC, QE, and QA. In this way, he can free up more energy and time to handle customer orders and transform the production process. He also said that his concept of quality management is customer - demand - oriented, and he wants to promote the production department to make improvements and quickly implement all improvement measures. He thinks I'm the kind of person who can put forward positive and direct suggestions for the company's progress. However, he also mentioned that I might become a "casualty" in the reform. But to my relief, my work performance has been affirmed by him, which can be regarded as a small pleasure in this work experience.

Cope with the situation of important guests' visits

Coincidentally, there are important guests coming to the company for a visit today. According to the convention, a 6S inspection of the site must be carried out. Before I had time to finish writing about the communication with the boss, I rushed to the site. Recently, the production tasks have been heavy, and the situation at the site is terrible. I know clearly that I must never lose face in front of the guests. Even if I've submitted my resignation, I can't just do nothing. That's not my way of doing things.

I first arranged the 6S sorting work in the area I was responsible for, only to find that a workshop that guests must pass through was in a complete mess. I had already informed all levels of personnel in the production department about this problem before and asked them to do a good job in sorting. However, there was still no action until an hour before the guests were about to arrive at the factory. There was no other way. In this situation, only the boss could step in. I called the general manager and truthfully reported the on - site situation to him. After all, this was his company, and only he could solve the on - site chaos in such a short time.

Self-reflection and work handover arrangements

In the process of being busy, I also reflected on my own problems. I realized that I have a big drawback, which is that I speak too bluntly, making others think that I'm not easy to communicate with. However, the good thing is that I have ideas and can improve work efficiency effectively. Naturally, I should continue to give full play to my advantages in the future, and this shortcoming must be corrected. Otherwise, I may suffer a great deal in the workplace later.

I spent most of the day accompanying the guests. At the same time, I was also thinking about how to hand over my current work properly and how to accept the new work plan. Finally, I wrote an email to decline my boss's offer to keep me. In the email, I sincerely expressed my gratitude to the boss for his trust and support over the past two years. I felt extremely honored and proud to have worked at xx for two years. Despite many difficulties in the work during these two years, we managed to get through them together. I explained to the boss the reasons for my departure. I thought that with my current ability, it would be difficult for me to make more and greater improvements for xx. Moreover, while I'm still young, I want to learn more knowledge, accumulate experience and improve myself. I also expressed my hope that I would have the chance to work for him again in the future. Finally, I sincerely wished the company would become stronger and more prosperous in business.
