Time flies like an arrow. In the blink of an eye, the company has already been through eight years. And I have been engaged in this industry for more than four years. Looking back on the past, from receiving meticulous training from senior colleagues when I first joined the company to being able to handle things independently and impart knowledge, answer questions for new colleagues now, along this journey, I have experienced numerous challenges and opportunities. Every step has witnessed my growth and transformation.
At the end of last month, approaching the critical node of the annual plan, the company carefully organized training activities on ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001. Among them, the training on ISO14001 was arranged in the first two days. During these two days of training, I had a lot of feelings and gained a great deal.
From the changes in the mindset of those participating in training, we can clearly see the changes of the times and the transformation of people's concepts. In the past, as long as the company offered training opportunities, everyone would scramble to participate like hungry wolves pouncing on their prey. At that time, everyone had a thirst for knowledge, eager to improve their abilities and qualities through training and contribute more to the company's development. However, as time has passed, the situation is completely different now. Nowadays, once employees hear that there will be an exam after the training, many of them simply choose not to come to the training on the day of the exam. This can't help but make people wonder, is the exam really that terrifying? In fact, perhaps what really scares them is not the exam itself, but the gossips they may face and the strange looks from others after doing poorly in the exam. Everyone has different positions and perspectives, so their ways and attitudes of looking at problems will also vary. In this highly competitive society, people pay more attention to their own image and reputation, fearing that a single failure in an exam may affect their impression in the eyes of colleagues and leaders.
When it was my turn to be in charge of the training, I found that most of the participants were from the Quality Control Department, while there were very few employees from the Production Department. This really makes people think. Do they think the training content has little to do with their work? In my opinion, this kind of thinking is extremely short - sighted. Learning more is all beneficial and has no harm at all. No matter which position one is in, continuously learning and improving one's abilities are of crucial importance. Only by constantly learning new knowledge and skills can one adapt to the ever - changing market environment and work requirements and remain invincible in the fierce competition. Employees in the Production Department may think that their main job is to produce products and has little to do with knowledge in areas such as quality management and environmental management. But in fact, this knowledge is of great significance in improving product quality, reducing production costs, and protecting the environment. By learning this knowledge, employees in the Production Department can better understand the company's quality policy and environmental policy, and thus pay more attention to details in their work, improving work efficiency and product quality.
In conclusion, training is an important part of the company's development and also an important way for employees' personal growth. We should cherish every training opportunity and learn and grow with a positive attitude. At the same time, the company should also continuously improve the training methods and content, enhance the quality and effectiveness of training, and enable more employees to benefit from it. Only in this way can we jointly promote the development of the company and achieve a win - win situation for both individuals and the company.
