As a consultant still in the growth stage, being young is both an asset and an indication of the insufficiency of the knowledge system and practical experience. At that time, the business scope was mainly limited to the field of medical device certification. Although this allowed me to accumulate expertise in a specific industry, it also created certain professional boundaries. To go further and more steadily in the consulting and training field, break through the limitations of this single field, and expand the service radius, systematic learning and capacity upgrading are the only ways.
To achieve this goal, my core strategy is to actively seek cooperation opportunities with well - known consulting firms in the industry.
