With four years of accumulation in quality assurance and the inheritance of skills through mentoring apprentices, embark on a new journey in the future by moving to the head office.

Time flies. I have been engaged in quality assurance work for four years. These four years have witnessed my transformation from inexperience to maturity and the deepening process from theory to practice. During this period, what I have accumulated is not only work experience but also the ultimate pursuit of product quality and the strict control of process details.

Taking on an apprentice is a part of my career plan, and now it has become a reality. This new recruit has been learning from me for three months. Everything, from basic theories to practical skills, from the cultivation of quality awareness to the exercise of problem - analysis ability, is progressing step by step. The essence of quality work lies in inheritance and improvement. Knowing well that "giving a man a fish feeds him for a day; teaching him how to fish feeds him for a lifetime", I will continue to provide guidance and training in the future, aiming to help him truly grow into a qualified quality guardian.

A new chapter in my career development is about to begin. June 1st will be the day when I officially move to the head office. This is not only a change in the workplace but also a brand - new platform, new challenges, and new opportunities, which means greater responsibilities and broader development space.

I'm full of expectations for the upcoming new environment and new job. This expectation stems from the confidence accumulated over the past four years and also from the yearning for the infinite possibilities of the future. May everything go smoothly and the future be promising.
